The Fellowship of Grayskull

The Death of the King

After the death of King Grayskull, the sword of He was split in two and its power transmuted into a great orb inside his castle, protected by the Goddess. Knowing the full sword was the key to channeling the power, they split it in two to prevent it from falling into the hands of evil.

Take One with Classics Goddess

Classics Goddess : Trainer of He-Man

The Goddess  was released in December 2009, and took two weeks to sell out. This was the first time this character from the mini-comic was ever released in figure form. Not many people were familiar with this character so gave it a pass.

Bio:

Real Name: Sharella
After the death of King Grayskull, the Power of the Universe was transferred from the Sword of He to the Council of Elders who hid it deep within his castle. Knowing the full sword was the key to channeling the power, they split it in two to prevent it from falling into the hands of evil. For five centuries they waited for a worthy heir to be born. During this time their spirit guide, the creature known as “The Goddess” of Eternia, trained secret heroic guardians to keep the two halves of the sword separated. Many of these brave warriors took the name “He-Man” in honor of the sword they protected - giving birth to many different legends of the protector of Eternia.

The Goddess comes with a staff, shield, and He-man's vest, axe and shield.

Inside the Ancient Ruins

"Your strength.. . your courage" she said, "mark you as the legendary hero who is to inherit the treasures I have guarded all these years.  They were made centuries before the Great Wars by Eternia's scientists"
Inside the ancient ruins, the Sorceress gave He-Man the guarded costumes and weapons.  "They will add to your strength.  Use them wisely - especially in defense of Castle Grayskull."
